I totally called this. As of today (<- when we were informed) people on welfare are only allowed a limited amount of electricity per month. For example, a one person household is allowed 188 kWh/month.
For comparison: I am a one person household that uses roughly 160~170kWh/month on this:
- Computer ~15h/day
- Refridgerator
- Microwave ~10min/day
- Lighting (not used unnecessarily)
I always forget if water/heating is included, but I don't use either very much.

Dreamt that my (estranged) cousin was accidentally chopped in half at the waist. Later the same night, I woke up screaming from a dream wherein people refused to listen to me. Because, obviously, being ignored is far more scream-inducing than mutilated relatives.

Woke up just as I exited the sand cave with the holographic dragon and was about to go look for a missing baby human/elephant hybrid gone green hedgehog creature. Four hours sleep or not, at that point I decided to call it a morning.
